Anyone booking our services and/or attending our facilities is to abide by our Pool Rules as well as our Terms & Conditions:
POOL RULES
Please use common sense, be considerate, and help us keep it calm, safe and welcoming for everyone.
🤫 Keep It Calm
Please keep voices low around the pool and change rooms.
Switch phones and tablets to silent mode.
Noise travels easily in water and can disrupt lessons.
🍽 Food Areas
Food is permitted only at the white dining tables.
No food in change rooms, poolside, or other areas of the centre.
🚿 Showers
• Maximum 3 minutes per shower
• Showers are for students having lessons only
This helps conserve water and keeps showers available for others.
🚗 Parking
Parking is limited and reserved for families attending lessons.
• One car per student/family
• Additional visitors (carers, partners, friends) please park off-site
This ensures prams and families can access the centre safely and on time.
⏰ Arrive on Time
Late arrivals disrupt the class and can cause stress for your child.
🏊 Entering & Exiting the Pool
• Please wait for your teacher to invite you into the pool
• Exit promptly at the end of your lesson
This keeps transitions smooth and respectful for the next class.
⏳ Be Considerate of Time
After your lesson, please allow time for others waiting for parking and change rooms.
Kind time management helps everyone.
🧸 Pool Toys
• All toys and equipment belong to Aquanat and must remain in the pool area.
This ensures every child can enjoy them in their lesson.
• We recommend bringing a familiar toy from home for after the lesson
👶 Supervision
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times — including during lessons.
🎀 Long Hair
Children with long hair should arrive with hair tied up for comfort and visibility.
🤒 If Unwell
Do not attend if experiencing:
• Fever
• Diarrhoea
• Open wounds
• Contagious illness or virus
Thank you for protecting our community.
🩲 Swim Nappies
Babies and toddlers under 3 years, or anyone with incontinence, must wear a properly fitted waterproof swim nappy in the correct size.
🚫 No Running
No running anywhere in the centre.
🧴 No Lotions or Creams
Please avoid entering the pool wearing:
• Body creams
• Lotions
• Hair products
• Make-up
This helps maintain healthy, clean pool water., and protect your skin and hair.
📵 No Glass or Electronics
Glass objects and electronic devices are not permitted in the pool area.
🚭 No Smoking or Alcohol
Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited anywhere on the premises.
⚠️ Important
Attendance at Aquanat is at your own risk.
AQUANAT is not liable for personal injury or death.
Please follow all guidelines to help maintain a safe environment.

These guidelines help us maintain a fair and consistent environment for all families.
💳Payments
🏦 How to Pay
Lessons and sessions are payable in advance via bank transfer.

Reference: Student’s full name + Class / Session Day & Time
You will receive a due date in your enrolment email.
👨👩👧 Group Classes & Shared Private Lessons
• Term-based subscription
• Full term fee due before term commencement (or booking start date)
Our group classes run continuously, with breaks over school and public holidays (closure dates are not charged).
Enrolled families have priority renewal between terms, conditional upon payment by the due date.
🏊 Private Lessons
Each lesson fee is due at least one week prior to the scheduled lesson.
💧 Therapy Sessions
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
📢 Pricing Updates
Any changes to pricing or payment methods will be communicated via email to active clients.
❌ Missed Lessons
We are unable to offer reimbursement for missed lessons for any reason.
Your full term fee secures your child’s exclusive place in class.
Make-up lessons are not facilitated, as they can be disruptive to the class flow and learning environment.
If you will be absent, please notify admin so your teacher can be informed.
🔁 Cancellations
👨👩👧 Group Classes & Shared Private Lessons
• 4-lesson notice period required
• Notice must be given in writing via email to info@aquanat.com.au
Following 4 lessons from the date notice is received, any remaining lessons in the term may be credited or refunded at the manager’s discretion.
This also applies to cancellations before a term commences.
🏊 Private Lessons
Minimum 48 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to provide notice may result in the lesson fee being forfeited.
Unpaid or late payments may result in the spot being offered to another family.
💧 Therapy Sessions
Minimum 24 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.
🌧 Cancellations by Aquanat
If we must cancel a class or session, we will provide as much notice as possible.
Compensation will be provided in a fair and reasonable manner depending on the circumstances.
We aim for teacher consistency.
If your teacher is unwell, we will arrange suitable relief where possible.
💙 Refunds, Credits & Gift Vouchers
• Credits are non-refundable
• Credits expire 6 months from issue (unless otherwise specified)
• Refunds and credits are considered case by case at the manager’s discretion
• Missed lessons are not eligible for credit or refund
🎁 Gift vouchers expire 12 months from purchase date.
📱 Communications
Please notify us of any changes to your contact details.
We communicate via email and/or SMS.
Please ensure you read messages to avoid missing important updates.
📆 Schedule Changes
🔄 Changing Class Times
Please call or email to request a schedule change.
👨👩👧 Group Classes
Students are placed in age and skill-appropriate groups.
We aim to maintain group consistency to support learning and social development
.
🏊 Private Lessons
Private lessons are scheduled around group classes and may be subject to change (temporary or permanent) due to scheduling needs.
Private lessons may be temporary arrangements.
AQUANAT reserves the right to adjust lesson times where necessary.
🎒 Personal Belongings / Lost & Found
AQUANAT is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Lost items are placed in our Lost & Found box.
Unclaimed items may be donated at the end of each term.
📸 Photography & Video
You may take photos or videos of your own child / family members only.
• No live streaming
• No other individuals clearly visible without consent
• Strictly no photography or video in change rooms or toilets
From time to time, Aquanat may use class images for promotional purposes.
Please notify us in writing if you do not consent.
🔒 Privacy
Your personal information is kept confidential.
We do not disclose information to third parties unless:
• Required by law
• Necessary to deliver services
Your information is used to:
• Contact you
• Provide updates
• Deliver services
• Improve our programs
All Aquanat teaching materials, branding, logos, photos and videos are intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
⚖️ Updates to Terms
AQUANAT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
It is the responsibility of the client to remain up to date with current policies.
We will endeavour to notify active clients of significant changes.
